Visitation – Copper Springs Avondale:

• Visitors must be approved by the patient and the Copper Springs Care Team in advance of a visit. A maximum of two visitors are permitted per patient stay and must be at least 18 years of age.
• Visitors are not permitted to possess personal items during the visit, including wallets and purses, which should be left in the vehicle. Car keys will be stored at the front desk and returned after visitation. All visitors will be wanded for security measures.
• Personal items intended for the patient must be left at the front desk to be processed, logged, and delivered to the patient by our staff.
• Visitation is for up to 1 hour during the given periods but may be subject to change due to safety, program availability or patient status.
• Call Times: A patient’s ability to receive phone calls is dependent on their schedule and phone availability.

Visitation – Copper Springs East – Gilbert:

• Visitors must be approved by the patient, not in advance of a visit. A maximum of two visitors are permitted per patient stay and must be at least 18 years of age.
• Visitors are not permitted to possess personal items during the visit, including wallets and purses, which should be left in the vehicle or in the lockers. Car keys will be stored in the lockers and returned after visitation. All visitors will be wanded before going to the cafeteria for security measures.
• Personal items intended for the patient must be left at the front desk to be processed, logged, and delivered to the patient by our staff following visitation.
• Visitation is scheduled twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 6:15–6:45 pm (we ask visitors to arrive 20–30 minutes early to get checked in).
• Visitation outside of scheduled times must be approved by the patient and clinical team in advance.
